Nationwide Shipping:
We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS.
Shipping is a flat rate of $15 per order. This simplified rate helps us ensure fast, secure, and hassle-free service.
Delivery Times:
All of our products are made to order. Processing time may vary depending on the quantity and availability. You’ll receive a message or email once your order is ready for pickup or shipping.
Estimated delivery times for shipped orders depend on the destination and the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping provider (USPS), but we’re always happy to assist you if any issues arise.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns, Cancellation & Refunds:
Because our cookies are perishable and custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if there is an error with your order on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your case and, if applicable, offer a timely solution.
We may ask for photos of the product and your order number to assist you as quickly as possible.
